Pretty, But Looks Old Quickly

Love the softness of this yarn. However, I was working on a project for months and I could see it physically deteriorating as the months went on. Don't get me wrong, it's a beatifl yarn and the colorway Terracotta is so pretty! But the yarn became noticeably thinner when worked up, and areas starting to pill. I think it overall still came together beautifully, but it's not the best merino I've worked with.

Very soft, washes up nicely.

I used this yarn to knit some socks in the olive color. It is so soft, no prickles or itchiness. It also holds up well and doesn’t split. It is tightly spun. It has a nice drape; not as stiff like standard wool.

I am making a cardigan next with this yarn.

Soft but splits easily

This yarn is wonderfully soft and has a nice bounce to it when stitched up. However it’s kind of difficult to crochet with because the yarn splits really easily because it’s loosely spun. I think it’s better as a knitting yarn personally. That being said I still really like it and the colors are very pretty:)

Beautiful and soft

Crocheted a scarf with two of these in the charcoal grey. The yarn is soft and looks great.

Every project is an absolute delight

I just love this Superwash merino yarn. I love the colors. It is so easy to mix the colors (charcoal, hemp and paprika for the fair isle sweater) or even double up to create something a bit thicker (outer wear cardigan: midnight blue and ice). The wash and dry of each piece is so simple. Each piece comes alive again after wash. I really like the way I feel wearing them too.

Grandma's challenge

My 15 year old granddaughter saw the photo of this top on my Pinterest and asked me to make it for her. I ordered the yarn having no idea how it would be to work with. I absolutely loved it! So easy to work with and so soft and comfortable to wear! The stitches really hold their shape, they have a springy texture which is very cosy. It is now her favorite top to wear to school. Yea for me!
