Back by popular demand, Heartland® Thick & Quick® is the super bulky (CYC #6) version of our sensationally soft and warm Heartland yarn. Each 5oz (142g) ball has 124yds (114m) of a rich heathered shade inspired by the natural beauty of the American landscape. This 100% acrylic, machine wash and dry yarn is a great for beginners, and is perfect for quick finish projects like hats, scarves, and afghans.

I used this yarn to easily make hats to be donated. Great to work with.
My first time working with this yarn and it was very nice, very soft, smooth, warm and quick to work up due to the bulky nature. It feels great against my skin and the cardigan came out very nice. It did come out much heavier than I expected. I love the color! I am sad to think that this color and bulky yarn would be discontinued. I hope they keep the heartland thick and quick yarn line.
Made an afghan with Heartland Thick and Quick and has been one of the warmest one I’ve ever made. Will definitely make more.
Beautiful colors that are heathered. This yarn is baby soft and perfect for skin contact clothing. No halo but has a great "squishable" soft factor. I HIGHLY recommend this fabulous yarn, great for any project. A large 4 weight. Only bad thing is an occasional break and tie (average 1 per skein). When I find this yarn I buy the lots out.
The Heartland is super soft and works up nicely. I have made slippers and purses with it so far. Love it. I get tempted to order more each time I work with it, But still have 12 more skeins to use first.
